Our school offers technical training in agriculture, awarding the qualification in Zootechnics and Agriculture. Rainha dos Apostoólos is a non-profit organization that receives funds mainly from a small network of benefactors. Families of our students pay only a symbolic amount.
In 2019, we have 120 students, all boarding at the school for the entire school year.
Students have theoretical lessons in the morning, followed by practical lessons in the afternoon, and learn agricultural techniques that are best adapted to the climate conditions of the Amazon and respectful of the ecological system of the region. The crops produced are used in the school canteen and sold in Manaus.
